Your booking system shows you what happened. This works out what it means in pounds, tells you the one thing worth fixing first, then measures whether fixing it actually worked.
What it costs
£99 one payment, no subscription.
This is a founding price while I prove the service works. It buys the diagnostic, the priority, the action and the 30 day re-measure. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
What you get
A revenue leak snapshot. Where the money appears to be going, in plain English.
The estimated financial impact. The strongest opportunity translated into pounds, with the arithmetic shown so you can check it.
One priority. The single highest value issue, not a list of twenty.
One action. One practical thing you can actually do, this week, with what you already have.
A 30 day follow up. Same numbers again after 30 days: what changed, what did not, what it was worth.
How it works
1You pay £99.
2I send you a short form asking for six totals off your own booking dashboard. Takings, appointments completed, cancellations, no shows, your business type and which system you use. About a minute.
3Your snapshot comes back by email within two working days.
4You do the one action.
5Thirty days later I ask for the same six numbers and send you the comparison.
You will get a reply with the secure payment link, usually the same day.
What I will never ask you for
This runs on totals only. Six numbers off your own dashboard, the sort you could read out over the phone.
No client list, names, emails or phone numbers
No appointment records or diary export
No logins and no access to your booking system
No health information and no payment details beyond the £99 itself
Your figures, your business name alongside them, and your report are never put into ChatGPT, Claude or any AI. The sums are done by hand
If a figure is not to hand, leave it blank. I will tell you plainly which parts I could not work out rather than invent a number.
How I talk about money
Every figure in your report is labelled as one of these, and they never get mixed up:
Known. A number you gave me.
Calculated. Worked out from your numbers, with the sum shown.
Assumption. Something I had to assume, stated openly.
Estimate. A range, not a promise.
Opportunity. Money that might be recoverable. Not money you have.
Observed change. What your totals actually did, with nothing claimed about why.
Recovered. Only used where the money can be tied to the action by a mechanism I can measure, such as counted no shows or refilled slots. A rise in takings on its own is never Recovered.
An opportunity is never written up as a result, and a coincidence is never written up as a recovery. One month cannot separate your action from season, pricing, hours or luck, so where I cannot show the mechanism I will say the change is observed and unattributed. If the re-measure shows nothing improved, your report will say so.
Not sure yet?
Send the same six numbers and I will pick out one thing they point at, free, so you can see how I read a set of figures before paying for anything. That is a sample, not the Sprint. It does not include the full diagnostic, the priority, the action, or the 30 day re-measure. Send six numbers, free.
